Gabriel stared at him. "What, right now? I mean, I'm not against going with you, but I need to make arrangements for the cats and talk to Ms Hodges about leaving my job and there are a few things I need to take from my room, and..." And apparently Ms Hodges's rapidfire speech had rubbed off on him.
