Summary: Jan starts practising.


Wishing the hotel had an indoor shooting range wasn't going to help and so had Jan finally decided to just take the risk and find a place to practise outside.

Yes, it meant that he might be off holy ground and anybody could come by and see how bad his shooting was, but it wouldn't get any better without practise and his survival depended on it now.

To keep the risk a slow as possible he'd decided to stay close to the front door. From here he should be able to run back inside, if he felt another immortal approaching. Whether flight was wise, though ... Oh well, hopefully McLeod wouldn't come by until hid shooting skills had improved a little. It shouldn't take that long. After all how hard could it be?

Jan lifted his revolver, pointed it towards the nearest tree and pulled the trigger.
