Gabriel doubted he'd need a mobile phone to call anyone in the Manor, mostly because he wasn't sure the other angels knew what one was, but he was hoping to resume his travels among humans eventually; it looked as though he should probably look into mobile phones after all. He did have an idea of how they worked - he was patron saint of telecommunications, after all - but had never actually used one.
