Then he had to gape at Barnaby. "That was you? I thought I triggered them by accident..." He sniffed and sighed, drinking some more tea. "It's just as well, I suppose. It got a lot of the paint off. And you say you think it's a good tactic, Gabriel, but that's because you weren't the one assaulted with freezing water."
