Rose looked at war and still had to make an effort not to growl. She didn't know yet how she'd live in this house without getting in a fight with the woman some day, but she would try her hardest.
"Thank you," she addressed War. "Yes, Adam told me about some of the residents. Would you prefer 'ma'am' or 'War' when I address you?"
