Instead, he brought up his marker and gave off another shot in the general direction of the angle, more in a hope of keeping him too busy evading the paint to shoot than to actually hit. Maybe that would give him just the time he needed to get to the door and outside, and draw the game where they had actually some cover and didn't have to deal with breaking furniture...
