Now that was certainly a quicker, smoother way to get down there and, last but definitely not least, it was probably more fun, too. It really wasn't difficult to come to that conclusion, and acting on it came very naturally to Loki. He followed his other self downstairs the quick way.

Since the other definitely had more practice, his descent did not go quite so elegantly - especailly at the lower end. But he did manage not to land on the floor, which seemed pretty good for a first try. He hoped the other hadn't noticed his lack of practice, and knew almost instantly that there was hardly a chance of that. Ah well... if he was staying here, he could do that more often.

"Too bad it doesn't work the other way around, though," he commented.
